About Thom Rutledge

CardsHeadshot.jpg

Best-selling author, Thom, is the inspirational, motivational and constantly entertaining speaker for your next event. He has been featured on NBC's Today Show, CNN's Anderson Cooper 360º, Australia's Channel 10 and has consulted for The Dr. Phil Show. Always practical and down-to-earth, Thom will teach your audience something they can put to work in their lives immediately.

Thom's Personal Mission Statement

At 69, having been in intimate conversation with people about most every subject imaginable for more than years, having written several books about fear, forgiveness, self-respect, addiction, eating disorders, relationships, love, success and even meditation, having spent years on the road facilitating professional training seminars and personal growth workshops, I am just looking for opportunities to talk with people about what I consider the most fascinating things I have learned. If you have a group of people -- employees, friends, clients, patients, Congress, whatever -- please consider inviting me to speak and/or facilitate a program for you. Thank you. And peace be with you. TR

The International Involuntary Covid Retreat has changed the world in many ways. For one, most every one is at least reasonably fluent with online video conferencing (Zoom, FaceTime, etc). I am seeing clients in my Nashville office again, which is a pleasure. But I remain available for remote individual and group consultations. Contact me to set a time to meet.

Back in the Saddle Again.

Also, the past two years have included a lot more collaboration with my colleague and friend, Allen Berger. We produced a 12-Episode Video Series for extra support during the pandemic and I believe that series remains relevant for our ongoing recovery practices. Plus, we did a 40 Episode Podcast called Start Right Here: Conversations about What Matters Most that remains available, and we are hip deep into an ongoing weekly podcast called Emotional Sobriety: Recovery's Next Frontier. Look for both of those wherever you get your podcasts. Allen and I are now making plans to do some in person workshops and we are also available to come to your organization/city to present our latest work with emotional sobriety. If you have an interest, just let me know.
